A Cleveland man is charged with aggravated vehicular homicide and five counts of aggravated vehicular assault in the crash that happened on Saturday that killed two Cleveland men. Glenn Parrish Jr. will be arraigned this morning in a Cleveland Municipal Court. The two-vehicle crash occurred around 3 a.m. Saturday morning at Buckeye Road and Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard. A Dodge Caravan was speeding going east on Buckeye and ran the red light at the boulevard. The Caravan, which was carrying six people, then crashed into a Ford E150 van that was going north and was carrying two people. Two people were thrown from the Caravan when it spun out of control. It then hit a tree. Daniel Sneed was pronounced dead at the scene and Brandon Smith died at MetroHealth Medical Center. Three other people in the Caravan were then taken to MetroHealth and admitted. Parrish was then treated and released. A blood sample of his is being tested for drugs and alcohol because he appeared to be under the influence. The driver and passenger in the van were also treated and then released.
