DUI Car Accident Injury Case Recently Filed with Lucas County Court of Common Pleas | Ohio car injury attorney

A vehicle was traveling westbound on Central Ave. when another vehicle traveled left of center and struck our client's car. The driver of the vehicle that traveled left of center was cited with a DUI. The passenger of the struck car was injured, was diagnosed with back spasms and pain. The injury required the passenger to receive extensive medical treatment and physical therapy.

The case was recently filed in the Lucas County Court of Commons pleas.
