Head-on crash on Ohio 2 leaves 4 with injuries | Toledo, Ohio Car Accident Attorney
Four people were injured in a two-vehicle, head-on crash early Sunday morning after one vehicle drove left of center on Ohio 2.Timothy Barrett, was driving a 97 Pontiac Grand Prix traveling east when a Pontiac G6, driven by Michael Suave, of Windsor, Ontario, who was traveling west, went left of center and struck Barrett's vehicle. Both vehicles slid off the road and came to a rest in a ditch. Suave told a trooper that he fell asleep at the wheel just prior to the crash.
Barrett was taken by medical helicopter to St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center in Toledo. His passenger was Sharon Chicotel, also of Sandusky, suffered serious leg injuries and was taken by Carroll Township EMP to St. Charles Hospital in Oregon.
Suave also had a passenger, Tatjana Milovic, also of Windsor, suffered abdominal injuries. She was also taken to Magruder Hospital.
