Letter to the Editor | Toledo Ohio Car Accident Lawyer
The Charles E. Boyk Law offices would like to express their condolences to the family of an outraged family member who wrote a letter to the Guyana Times that reads:
Dear Editor,
It is both sad and sickening to learn that the life of yet another child has been taken by yet another drunken driver. This time it is the life of 10-year-old Richard Ramballie who was struck down by a speeding minibus.
The speeding driver was tested and the alcohol level in his body was said to be above the stipulated amount. The police should increase their lookout for these drunken drivers, who seem not to care about their own lives.
In situations like this one, I believe that as long as a driver would have caused death by dangerously driving under the influence of alcohol, he should be jailed and banned from driving for life.
The family members of this 10-year-old child are now left to face the hurt and pain all because of a recalcitrant driver. Will it ever stop?
