According to reports a multi-Vehicle accident occurred on I-75 on December 21, 2011 at around 7:10 am.
Three vehicles were involved in the crash — a semitrailer, van, and a third vehicle with California plates. The names of those involved have not yet been released.
Speed and rain were reported to be the causes of the accident.
One person has been taken to Atrium Medical Center with back pain.
Police stayed at the scene two hours after a multi-vehicle accident. All three northbound lanes reopened about 8:30 a.m.
