Multiple people injured in hayride crash | Toledo Ohio Car Accident Attorney

Two men were flown to a Toledo hospital after they were injured in a hayride crash in Perkins Township.
According to the report, Ruben Cruz Jr., and Raynoldo Cruz, both of Castalia, were taken to Bellevue Hospital with serious injuries before being flown to Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center in Toledo Ohio.
Medical staff at the hospital said the men have been released with non-lifethreatening injuries.
The Cruzes were among 28 people injured in the crash, which occurred when the second trailer of a hayride overturned in the 6200 block of Patten Tract Road.
Troopers arrested the driver of the tractor, Michael L. Hermes for operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol after he refused to take a field sobriety test. Hermes was not injured in the crash. Troopers took Hermes to the Sandusky post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol, where a warrant was issued to draw blood from him for alcohol tests to be performed at the Patrol's crime lab.
Hermes, was also charged with aggravated vehicular assault, open container and failure to control and jailed at the Erie County jail.
