The Charles E. Boyk Law Offices, are saddened to report that an Ohio sheriff's deputy and his daughter were critically injured and his wife and son were killed when a driver suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs lost control of a car and struck their vehicle head-on. The crash happened late Saturday night in Grafton, southwest of Cleveland. It killed Tammy Tomasheski of Valley City and Thomas Tomasheski III. Lorain County Sheriff's Cpl. Thomas Tomasheski and his daughter Danielle, were taken to Cleveland hospitals. According to the report, a car driven by a 35-year-old Oberlin man ran off the road and then swerved across the center lane. He also was critically hurt. Troopers said they believe alcohol or drugs were a factor and officers sought a warrant to take his blood sample.
