Students help Fremont woman after crash| Toledo, Ohio Car Accident Lawyer

Some days don't always end up as planned. But for Linda Derucki it ended up being a good day filled with generous students. What started out Friday morning as a trip to pick up her friend and go to the grocery store ended up with her car stuck in the snow!

Derucki's car spun out in Fremont after hitting a patch of ice, she said. It ended up firmly planted in a nearby snow bank.

Lucky for her, a bus from Vanguard-Sentinel Career Center came by 15 minutes later.

"I have a cell phone, but I'm not too good with it," Derucki said. "I'm a 76-year-old klutz and don't know how to do a lot of stuff. But they helped me call my husband and got my car out from the snow. They were so nice."

Derucki didn't get the names of any students or the driver, but estimated there were about 15 of them.

"I was too shook up to count," she said. "But I gave the driver a big hug. I was so grateful."
