Reports say that around 2:50 a.m. the Trail Blazer left the road, traveled over a sidewalk, hit a fence and then came to a stop after hitting a tree, also leaving three others injured.
The driver, 22 year-old Roderick Eugene Brice II was taken to Shock Trauma in Baltimore in serious condition.
18-year-old Conor John Hayes and 19-year-old Kevin Seiji Russel were transported to Suburban Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
