Two men injured in serious truck crash | Toledo, Ohio Car Accident Lawyer

Two men were injured in a serious crash Thursday afternoon at the intersection of U.S. 20 and Derussey Road.

Robert J. Foster, was stopped at a stop sign at the intersection when Brian Malin, who was traveling east on U.S. 20 at the time of the accident. It appears Foster pulled into Malin's path causing both vehicles to collide, sending Malin's Vehicle to travel off the right side of the road onto a private yard. Foster's vehicle remained disabled in the road.  

Once firefighters were able to free Malin from his vehicle he was flown to Akron City Hospital with serious injuries. Malin was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the accident.

Foster was taken to Fisher-Titus Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries. He was wearing his seat belt at the time of the crash.

Malin drove a 1994 Ford Ranger, which sustained heavy front-end damage. Foster drove a 2008 Ford F-250 XL Superduty truck that also sustained heavy right front damage.
