A Willard, Ohio woman and her 5-year-old daughter were injured after an unlicensed motorist ran a stop sign and collided with their vehicle. Alonso Lopez, was charged with failure to yield at a stop sign and not having a driver's license following a crash Friday on Ohio 99 and Townline Road 12, New Haven, according to the report. Lopez was traveling west on Townline Road 12, came to an intersection and stopped. Heidi Back, was southbound on Ohio 99 with her 5-year-old daughter. Lopez then pulled out into the intersection and struck Back's vehicle, which went off the Southside of the roadway and into a private yard. Lopez was transported to Willard Mercy with non-incapacitating injuries. Back traveled with her daughter to Willard Mercy Hospital under their own power later on. Not only was Lopez driving without a driver's license, he was also driving a vehicle that did not belong to him. The owner of the vehicle did not wish to press charges at the time.
