Walnut Ridge student dies | Columbus, Ohio Car Accident Lawyer
Police are investigating the accident that happened Thursday September 16, 2010 in front of Walnut Ridge High School. A Teenager, who was hit by a car as he was crossing the street in front of Walnut Ridge High School, has died. The Franklin County Coroner's Office was notified that Gregg Lee, 16, died at Grant Medical Center Thursday morning.Columbus Battalion Chief David Whiting said the boy was hit about 7:14 a.m. in front of the school, 4841 E. Livingston Ave. Police said the boy was not in a crosswalk. Kim Norris, Columbus schools spokeswoman, said the youth was a junior who walked to school. He was taken to Grant Medical Center after a school nurse administered CPR.
