Woman crashes car while trying to answer phone | Toledo, Ohio Car Accident Attorney
Not only is texting and driving a bad idea but talking on the phone and driving can be equally as dangerous. A Kelleys Island woman visiting the mainland on Monday crashed her car into the Kelleys Island Ferry boat building. Antoinette Mullins, suffered lacerations to her face and was taken by ambulance to Magruder Hospital.Mullins was pulling her car off the ferry boat at about 10 a.m. when she crashed the vehicle into a boat building while trying to answer the phone, police said. Her car sustained heavy damage, though there was very little damage to the building. Her injuries weren't life-threatening, police said. She wasn't cited because the crash was on private property.
